for 2018 Residentials

We ask that all staff are able to meet the day before participants arrive so that we can build a strong, safe staff container. This is invaluable in building quick trust from the participants and helps them be willing and ready to do the work. It gives us the opportunity to land, ground, connect and ready ourselves for their arrival.
