Multi Addictions Recovery Meetings

This is our weekly online meeting intended to support the whole of the addiction recovery community. This includes all chemical and behavioural addictions. See our definitions of addiction here.

We meet every Tuesday evening, 7-8pm on Zoom.

More details…

A really interesting and juicy exploration of how our core addictive impulses evolve and how we navigate them as recovery deepens... come join the conversation if you’re curious.
— Freddy, R2F Facilitator

Removing the specific focus on one addiction allows us to explore more freely the root causes of our addiction/s, the similarities between us rather than the differences, moving closer together as we travel this beautiful, winding path of recovery.

These meetings are a deep dive into our shared recovery process. They have been created to stir our hearts and minds into new ideas and possibilities beyond (but not excluding) what we already know and believe to be true about recovery.

The intention is to support our collective growth through our shared exploration into our inner lives, histories and those parts of us we may hide, repress or deny as part of a self protection mechanism that may no longer serve us.

These meetings are open to all, with a guide of at least 24 hours away from your addictive behaviour or substance of choice.

Our experience shows us that if we attend regular recovery groups, are in some form of therapy and follow a wellbeing practice, we are in a safer, more grounded place to explore the root causes and symptoms of our addictions. This can be a challenging, life changing journey.

As we share the many paths we travel together, we witness amazing growth and change. From this place, we deepen our recovery, supporting personal and collective healing, bringing ourselves fully into the world with all our gifts and passion and curiosity for life.
